Processing time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Delivery time Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days after processing. Our products ship from our partner warehouses, so delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Order tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 3 business days to update.

Wrong address or lost packages Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, contact us and we will help you resolve it.
